I had a really negative experience with my previous dentist and that had a huge impact on my mental health. After thorough research, I decided to go to The Dentist Old Market after seeing reviews and looking through their website. I emailed them, prior to my appointment, to let them know of the situation and how it affected me so that they had an awareness of my anxiety. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for more. Kate was absolutely lovely and her warm welcome made a huge difference! I then saw Freya and Molly who were amazing and took their time with me, checking to see how I was every now and then. My next appointment with them will be a bit more relaxed as I won't be filled with the dread that I had with my previous dentist. Thank you all so much!! Xx

Millie Lane is a phenomenal hygienist. She took such good care of me and carried out such a thorough professional job during my appointment and provides a fantastic service. Making me very comfortable throughout the visit (I am usually quite nervous during such visits) and provide very helpful advice for better dental care. As someone who struggles with anxiety, visiting the hygienist was initially quite daunting for me. However, the staff here truly go above and beyond to create a welcoming and calming environment. Their friendliness and ability to put you at ease seem so effortless and genuine.

What really stood out to me was how clearly they explained every step of the process without overwhelming me with complicated jargon. They were patient, understanding, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. We’ve even had a few laughs along the way!

I can’t recommend the reception staff and hygienists enough—they’ve completely transformed how I feel about these visits. Thank you for your incredible care and compassion!

I’ve been using this dental practice for several years now. I love the warm welcome I get. I have been able to get appointments that work for me. I love that all the members of staff have been super informative about dental health care and teach me how to take care of my oral hygiene better. I arrived today to a cheery welcome from the reception staff and I now have a new dental hygienist. This is the bit I loath but Millie made it a very pleasant experience. She talked me through every procedure and step and gave me lots more advice. Phew - glad that went well. I then went into my check up with shiny teeth and the dentist Jake checked my teeth over and I came out with a clean bill of health! Yay! Love you guys. Keep up the fantastic work.

So the object wasn’t Turkey teeth white, or fake Hollywood smile….
The object was sort out tooth loss, infections and pain and The Dentists Old Market have well and truly pulled it out of the bag!

Thanks to them for making the last 6 stressful and painful months, that bit easier every time.

From being scared stiff to walk through the door last December , it now feels like my 2nd home! 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

Anyone in need of a dentist in Bristol, please check them out. Open late & at weekends and I can definitely recommend Dr Eugene - fantastic guy! 🦷

My hygienist today was Milly Lane. I feel like she’s fantastic in terms of what she does as she really took her time to check over and clean my teeth, giving me some really good advice on aftercare process too. Would book an appointment with her again soon. 5/5 service for Milly! x
