I've been attending Yoga Nidra classes here for then past year and they are a definite highlight of the week. Saw Desi for terrible back pain. She saw me quickly and was so kind and reassuring. It’s great to receive her combination of physio and holistic skills. She took time to speak to me and used several different techniques to alleviate the pain. Desi followed up the treatment with a personalised plan of exercises and reassurance. I have had several treatments of CST at the therapy centre. It is a very welcoming and calm place. My treatments with Dawn have been profound and have helped me both emotionally and physically. After my last treatment with Dawn my backpain has completely gone, which is wonderful as I have had it for years. I highly recommend Dawn's CST treatment especially if you are feeling like you need some self care.
