On behalf of my daughter, I got a call from a doctor on the scheduled date, a follow-up appointment and advice on taking a diagnostic test. When the results came through the doctor called very promptly to let me know. Both the doctors that I had contact with - Dr. Proctor and Dr. Haslam - were polite, professional and efficient. Thanks for your help!

My experience at the Corner Surgery has always been excellent- today was no different. The desk admin staff were professional as always - the nurse who took out my stitches was fantastic - gentle, focussed and quick! The best thing about the corner surgery is that you will always be treated with dignity and care - for some incredible reason they seem to remember they are treating humans and not some number. How original and sadly these days all to rare. Thank you to the whole team for all the work you do and for making NHS patients not just function but thrive.

I am very grateful for the care I received in The Corner Surgery yesterday Thursday 24th July at 9:00 am from the receptionist who gave me immediately an appointment with the Doctor. He was very kind and professional and the Doctor listened to me carefully and gave me a thorough physical check-up and she referred me to the specialist doctor. In less than two hours I received a phone message with an appointment at the hospital with the specialist doctor.
I want to give my sincere gratitude to the Receptionist and the Doctor. Unfortunately I do not know their names.
People like them are invaluable to our health and well-being. May God bless you both 🙏🏻 🙌

I had my appointment and my baby's 8 weeks checkup with Dr Hope (i hope i got the name correct). It was an amazing experience. He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. My baby was also happy because he keeps smiling during the checkup. Thank you The Corner Surgery.

I arrived late due to traffic and bus delays but was not turned away. That was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. The receptionists were welcoming and Dr Hope was excellent in delivering care. Much appreciated!

Consultation was fine. However, there was confusion in where I had to collect my prescribed medications. Doctor said it's ready for collection the same day as I my consultation was. Found out that it's not actually the case when I went straight to that pharmacy. I had to return the next day. Then they told my that my medications were sent to the other pharmacy nearby. So, I went there to check if it's ready. Had to go back three times in a span of two days to finally get my pain medication. I had to endure more walking back and forth these pharmacies which could have just been one day if my GP did his job right.
