Disabled blue badge holders have no chance of parking here. All disabled bays are taken by staff who have no blue badge. I counted 4 cars parked up displaying no badge, and they were all staff. It seems the staff here don't care.

It seems despite being informed that communications with the recovery team were to improve, there has been no improvement with contacting the service via the phone, the phone just rings and rings. It is distressing and causes anxiety when you can't reach anyone at the centre. I have found the administration in this service incredibly poor, messages fail to get through and although this is not a critical / acute mental health service, phone calls are diverted to any of the locations until it is answered on most occasions the calls go unanswered. It is deplorable that when people are in need of support that they are unable to contact this service. Despite being told by management that calls would be answered and dealt with by staff at the Coast, this has completely failed to materialise. I can not fault the mental health workers themselves but the administration of this service is non-existent.

Really confused as to why they offer a phone number when, 9 times out of 10, they don't even bother picking up. Lovely staff, don't get me wrong, but the lack of communication when it's NEEDED is so unprofessional it's almost comical. "Here's a number for when you're at your wits end, we never answer it but feel free to waste your time."

Never understand what you are going through, and don’t understand you have done every group going and never understand that the medication is all that helps and have to wait over a week for it!!!
