Never pick up the call.Taking appointment for a patient becomes a hell.i called at 8:31 my caller number was 8,after 20 minutes call i had to disconnect because it was still a sixth number.how come they spend average six to seven minutes on every call.

this is the only doctors i’ve ever been to, but considering how underfunded the NHS is I’m really grateful for doctors like Dr Sornum. He’s very compassionate and actually listens. Doctors like him give me faith in the system and made me realise that there’s still hope for us who can’t afford private healthcare! We need more people like him! ? I remember a receptionist being quite rude to my mother a few years ago, but the interactions i’ve had with them personally have been great so i’m not sure if she’s still there. There’s a lady who answers the phone when i ring who is so lovely and genuinely sounds like she wants to help patients. Thank you for being kind and helpful.

This surgery has turned into a joke first thing reception is the worst that can be very rude and difficult people to talk to. First issue is trying getting an appointment in morning they say best they could do is in 3 weeks very pointless even having this as a surgery. Second thing trying to order medication/ prescription, you have to either come in or order online because over the phone is a no can do. And when you do come in to order they say it’ll be ready in 72 hours I’ve now been waiting for eye drops for 7 working days and the receptionist still tell you it hasn’t been 72 hours or it’s with the doctor. I had to go and buy it my self its very absurd. This surgery needs better staff and the Asian lady at reception needs to be let go she’s the worst out of them all.

They're friendly enough. They treated with respect. The Doctors are very nicely and they treat with open eyes under God they doing good job.thanks to every one ,GOD BLESS YOU ALL ?.

The worst surgery ever!! The receptionists are the ones who really bring this place down! The most unhelpful, rude, arrogant ladies!! Must be in the job descriptions when they are hiring! Not wanting to help patients at all, they are in the wrong job! Would not recommend anyone ever joining this place! Stay away and find a doctors surgery that actually care , abit sad that this is what our taxes are going towards!

Ive been with them for a few years and every interaction has been completely Horrible. Most of the staff are just rude over the phone, they don't seem to care about the customer or the health problems that come with.

They simply promise and do not deliver, and now I'm out of sertraline which is depression medication, after spending hours on hold i now have to wait even longer for my meds, poor service.

Ridiculous wait time just for them to pick up the phone waited 2 hours minimum 40mins just to be told they can’t help me and I have to chase up my referral when I was advised by the dr that to inform the receptionist that they will as it’s been a few months the receptionist is not helpful and unprofessional it’s the same receptionist that
Always picks up and speaks as if she’s not bothered to do her job apparently there a really busy practice however I can hear the staff in the background all giggling and chatting,better off turning upto to the gp to get my answer in person

My family have been going here for about 30 years, the doctors have always been brilliant, the receptionists are considerate and helpful as is the pharmacy. The place is clean and tidy, parking can be an adventure though, recommended without reservation..
