I've been with this chemist for over 20 years all staff are nice apart from one older lady who many people complain about.she embarrassed my husband in front of people by asking where he'd been and why he didn't collect our meds he explained we were on holiday and meds weren't delivered before we had to leave she then threatened to stop delivering our meds even though I'm disabled which is why we get it delivered.my goodness wish they would get rid of her and read there reviews.

I contacted the shop to inquire about the status of my prescription, but I was informed that they do not share that information over the phone and that I must visit in person to check if it’s ready. This policy is unacceptable, particularly given that I have my prescriptions delivered regularly. The level of service at the shop has declined considerably.

Not sure whats happening with this pharmacy. They've gone from offering an exceptional service to refusing to check over the phone when your prescription us going to be ready. You must go into the shop as they are too busy to respond to your telephone request!

Most of the staff are friendly. There is one lady that is extremely rude! She threatened to take me off the delivery service, even though I suffer from agoraphobia, anxiety and panic attacks... All because I complained that they keep telling me my prescription isn't there and it was sitting in the shop.. This is 3x this has happened to me.. She threatened a second time to stop my delivery because, I said my daughter would pick up my meds today, and tomorrow, as I need some of my meds, and I can't wait the normal 48hrs delivery. I have heard lots of people complain about this lady.

Most of the lady's are helpful but there is a young lady pharmacist who I have found to have a bad attitude and is very unhelpful. They told me on the phone that they couldn't tell me if my prescription was ready and I then had to walk to the chemist to be told no it is not ready I have heart problems and cannot manage to go to the chemist every day to find out if my prescription is ready.Very disappointing service.

recommend you use a different pharmacy if you need a regular prescription filled you constantly don't get the amount of tablets after waiting 6 days and you get an IOU even when they have been filling the prescription for months they receive the prescription in the morning they fill the prescription into the machine after 430 if it's convenient to you or not absolute shambles and you'll get the manager singing the praises of the service for supplying it in 6 hours my husband took the prescription to Well plus in alloa he waited 30 mins for the prescription to be filled job done central is maybe needing to get some tips how to do the job they are employed to do

I hate going into this pharmacy. They do not try to help you when you walk in. I have to ask to be served. And they treated me like I was some sort of criminal. They would not sell me prenatal vitamins as they said I needed to get them from my health visitor. What a lie. They are the rudest people.
