What a disappointment again. What's the point to have appointment when they make you to wait for 45m. You are coming 10m late and they cancelling it but they running behind you must keep calm

One of the worst surgery’s around nothing ever gets done all the doctors don’t listen to what your saying and just throw more more pills at you. The rest of the staff are lovely shame the actual doctors can’t do there job!

Total disappointment with the doctors. The nurses are wonderful, but the doctors...I have no words. I have been waiting for a referral for sleep apnea for 1 year and 4 months. And my granddaughter, who is 14 years old and has not stopped her cycle for 4 weeks, is she being treated with ibuprofen? They refuse a video zone, and she turned out to have a 2.50 cm cyst.. Well done! Great treatment. I could tell you a lot more, but I don't see the point

Had my first appointment today, I am someone with several chronic illnesses which are often dismissed or minimised by doctors but Dr Peterson was very kind, listened to everything I had to say, and was very thorough in his questions. I was also fitted in for a blood test straight after my appointment which was brilliant especially as it was a non-urgent matter. I've found the reception staff lovely too in the few dealings I've had with them. Thank you!

Self check in screen wasn't working and there was no parking available which meant a long reverse down the hill and back onto the road. Be prepared for a tight car park space if you have a larger vehicle. The doctors and nurses here are excellent. The pharmacy next door is very small when a lot of people are queuing at the same time but the staff are polite and helpful
