12 years with this practice, 12 years of excellent care. Had several emergency appointments for my small children, they were seen within couple of hours of the initial call. All the other issues dealt with timely and professionally. When diagnosed with HBP, got immediate appointments and check-ups. Plenty of support.Thank you for reliable and friendly service. Stephen on reception is lovely, he shows a great level of compassion and is eager to help where he can.
He has such a great telephone manner and makes the appointment booking process a breeze and has always been able to help with any queries when on the phone or in the surgery.

One of the best practices I've experienced, thanks mostly to Dr Chen. He makes me feel listened to and isn't dismissive of mental health issues or women's health at all, which is SO welcome and definitely not the norm! It feels like he knows what he's talking about and, when he isn't familiar with something, he says so and refers you to someone who knows more. Such a breath of fresh air, he's great. The receptionists are good too (though some are a little short, I do understand that they're busy though). So happy to have access to this practice, my experiences have been so much better here than in Arnold and Hucknall.

Incredible service! I still can't believe how fast they work here, every appointment I've been to I've arrived early and managed to be in and sorted before my appointment should have even started. There seems to be genuine care from everyone here and the place is run extremely smoothly unlike a lot of other practices I've used

Appalling gps, my friend has been been with this practice all his life, now hes an older patient he has some serious health issues which they disregard and take very little action to get him medical treatment. I have some similar issues but live in a different area I get 5 star treatment from my gp. . And as for hospital referrals they don’t put urgent, although it is. The gps at this practice are in the wrong profession. It makes my blood boil to see how hes treated and other parts of the Country get much better treatment. I’ve advised him to leave and go elsewhere. You should be ashamed of your appalling treatment to this elderly patient.

I’m really disappointed, I’ve been with these doctors for over 25 years but they’ve changed of late and I really don’t appreciate a doctors receptionist trying to tell me about my prescribed mediation and my diagnosis especially when what she told me was wrong! I had to fight to get the correct information out of her and even more frustrating was that I had to fight to speak to a doctor about my test results! Also it seems every time I pick up my medication from the doctors pharmacy something is missing - which they fail to tell me they’ve ran out of and/or they only give me half of my prescription because they’ve failed to look properly or communicate with me so I get all the way home to have to go back! 35 years I’ve paid into the NHS system - and I feel I deserve better! On a positive Dr White is absolutely amazing - very helpful and lovely to speak to.
