Excellent all round! Irshaad was extremely professional and took time to explain in great detail why I was having the issues I was and then treated the area efficiently. I left feeling much better and with greater mobility and there was no pressure to book a follow up appointment. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to book an appointment with Irshad for an upper back issue I was dealing with. Irshad is excellent at making you feel comfortable—he's polite and easy to talk to. He provides clear and informative explanations about what he's doing and why, which helps you understand the treatment process. He also took the time to explain the issues I was facing and what could be causing them. His treatment is truly exceptional. I walked in with pain and left feeling great, with improved mobility—probably better than before I injured myself. Unlike other experiences I've had, he didn’t try to pressure me into booking additional appointments or upselling extra treatments. I will definitely be returning, and I wholeheartedly 100% recommend Irshad!

I had the pleasure to experience a great time at the Body Mech and I would highly recommend Irshad to anyone!
Irshad was really welcoming and highlighted his knowledge through giving a thorough consultation prior and explained what areas he will be working on in order to fix my problems.
Before the session, I had a lot of lower back pain and a bad posture. However, after just 1 session, he was able to fix my posture and pains.
I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend him to everyone. His knowledge and dedication for his work is outstanding, making the experience really worthwhile!
