Never had an issue with a treatment. When I need to be called they call. Drs and nurses are great. Seems to be they have staffing issues because they constantly close unexpectedly. More time closed then open most of the time. Had an appointment today got to surgery and it's closed. Unexpectedly. No surprise but prior warning would be great. Hire better staff if they constantly need to be off sick. Because at the moment it's not for for purpose. Obviously needs funding

Called them about my medication and they refused to send it over to a pharmacy, and they where really rude and disrespectful when I asked for help for it.

I have just registered as new patient at the beacon practice, there was only one person before me and i was assisted after a few minutes. I have been explained this branch is a small one and mainly patients are sent to the Victoria Medical for doctor appointment as the beacon practice has a very limited availability. I will update this feedback once i see my first doctor here.
