Never had any issues . Always good to call early to get seen on the day like all other practices. I don't know where all the negative views are coming from for the staff are patient very friendly helpful and professional. Dr Sinha and Dr mgivern are experienced and very helpful and listen to all your needs both nurses are excellent too. Surgery is a very relaxed atmosphere and you never feel rushed and not listened to.

I have recently joined the surgery and I am so happy with them. I’ve been to see the nurse and the doctor, each time they give me their full attention. Wish I moved to the practise earlier.

I have had several appointments (both over the telephone and face to face) with both doctors and nurses from this GP surgery over the last few months. They have always been kind and helpful. The reception staff have been really great and have been going out of their way to help me. I couldn't recommend their practice enough and thank them for all they are doing.

I can't speak for anyone else's experiences as I appreciate there are negative reviews here but honestly I have had no issues with this practice and I've been with them for over a year now. Perhaps it has improved since I joined. I joined from Govanhill Health centre who I can confidently tell you are far worse to deal with than this surgery. I have always found the reception staff at this surgery helpful and polite. I also have found the doctors (I've had appointments with all three) both helpful and knowledgeable. I have also found them very helpful when it comes to prescriptions - should there be any mistake or error it is always rectified very quickly and usually within the same day. In saying that, there's hardly ever been a mistake with my prescriptions (it was actually Govanhill Health Centre who sent them the wrong dosage when passing over my health records - the receptionists at Govanhill are quite genuinely dangerously hopeless. Not the same as the staff here, they get things done).

Receptionist is so abrupt and unfriendly, it's a sensitive role and people are calling when they're at their most unwell and vulnerable. A bit of kindness would go a very long way. 😢

Went to this practice for years, the staff were always very friendly and understanding. Would always get an appointment on the same day if it was an emergency. Didn't see much of the doctors but the nurses are lovely people. However, I assume there was a new receptionist, as the others knew me by face, who was the height of rudeness. Wouldn't let me into my appointments twice stating I was late, even when I showed her the time on my phone that I hadn't missed the scheduled appointment. I don't go to the practice any more however it's unfortunate that a group of nice people were tarnished by one rotten apple.

Not me but my partner. Reception staff are great so friendly and helpful I use this surgery to. But the incompetence of the doctors and urgency has been a disappointment 3 weeks later two results either right a trip to the hospital for six hours for the wrong diagnosis and a phone call to pick up a prescription with no reason and no appointment or see a doctor to explain. Next prescription was a basic can by over the counter pain killer which I can by from any boots or pharmacy. Very disappointed in the care given.
