Absolutely fabulous service having my ears checked at Penkridge. The lady who dealt with me was polite, professional, on time and having checked my ears, explained the photographs taken and advised me that they were fine and needed no current treatment. She was just excellent in all respects.

Called in to book a Covid and flu jab.
The receptionist was helpful and friendly.
Whilst there I asked to speak to the pharmacist for some advice on a skin issue- I was seen straight away and Connor spent time speaking to me about the options available. I decided to go for removal of some excess skin growth, Connor fully discussed the options available. He took a skin test and said we would have the results in 3 days , and then he called me after 3 days to give me the results of the test and book in my treatment.
I was very impressed with Connor’s knowledge, helpfulness and approach and would definitely use the clinic again.

After a recommendation from a friend I booked an appointment with the bank of wellbeing for a consultation for weight management - weight loss medication. The staff at the service where highly professional and friendly throughout. They discussed all options available to me, based on a thorough assessment around my family medical history, physical and emotional health. They made me feel relaxed throughout and they where happy to answered any concerns or questions I had throughout. I have now commence with my weigh loss programme and they have supported me throughout this process with aftercare by phone and follow up face to face appointments.I highly recommend the Bank of wellbeing and I would not hesitate to use this service again.
