The Balance Rooms

We attended a private yoga class as part our girly weekend away celebrations and had the BEST time. Our favourite part of the three day weekend was the Yoga class. We had a mixture of experienced yogis and complete beginners and Chantelle was absolutely fantastic at tailoring to our needs. She was full of fun and excitement for our special weekend. Me and my husband will be returning for our mini moon back to Pickering and I intend to bring him along to a class! Can't recommend enough. I just wish I lived local enough to come to weekly classes.

Just been to a wonderful sound bathing session, Liz was superb with lovely finishing touches at the end. The Balance Rooms are superb, lovely yoga studio with a heated floor, just wish I lived closer, I would be there every day!

As ever Chantelle is always a breath of fresh air and introduced their new practitioner Harry. Very friendly and approachable and I felt so relaxed after my treatment. Thank you all! ☺️

I went to a core strength class this morning - I was a bit nervous as I am old and stiff, but it was great. Chantelle was so encouraging and helpful and the others in the class were lovely as well. I was tired afterwards but felt happy. Thanks Chantelle.

Just had a last minute massage from Harry!! What a bloke! Helped me out massively as my back was in bits!! Definitely coming again!!

Hello! Today I visited the Balance rooms for a Tattoo from Em Hodgson upstairs. She drew a original piece of a concept I articulated through writing and photos and nailed it. Super versatile artist very impressive. Also i've being tattoed all over the world and this was the cleanest and most professional environments I have ever being inked in. From the lovely aromas to fresh whiteness. I never experienced it like this before and feel if more tattoo parlors where to take this approach it would not only reduce the stigma associated to tattoo culture, but also open up this art to people who are curious but held back by said stigmas. Great work Em, I feel like this should be how it's done. 10/10

I joined the Flow Yoga at Dalby Forest tonight and thoroughly enjoyed the class. Chantelle was very welcoming and attentive, a great instructor! The studio was pleasant and calming, I cant wait to return in the summer when its brighter and hopefully before that:)
