Lovely receptionist. Partner came in to sit with me after asking permission as it was quiet. My nurse was chatty and kind.
Doctor doing procedure was informative and put me at ease at all times.

Arrived yesterday at 15.20, the receptionist was pleasant and asked me to take a seat. The seating area was very clean and comfortable. I waited 5 minutes before being seen for an ultrasound. The sonographer said he was in training and was overseen by a qualified sonographer who was pleasant with a nice smile and put me at ease. At the end of the ultrasound she explained the results and the next steps. The whole process to less than 20 minutes.

I attended this private GP surgery for my NHS ultrasound. The man in reception was on a personal call on his mobile phone when I arrived, continued his call for a while without looking at me, and then put the phone down briefly, while remaining on the call, to book me in.

I've had a lot of abdominal ultrasounds and I didn't feel that the person doing the ultrasound was as competent or experienced as any of the radiographers I've had in NHS hospitals.

Really lovely staff, nice clean waiting room and the radiographer who did my scan believe his name was george was lovely, informed me of what he's seen on the scan and kept me well informed and the lady who was with him was also really lovely aswell and was great to chat too. Helps ease any worries and anxiousness when attending appointment. Thank you!

I had taken my mum for an ultrasound scan, upon arriving we were greated by a friendly receptionist, who had taken my mums name and politely asked us to take a seat.

My mum's name was called by a dreadful lady who wasn't pleased that I had accompanied my mum as she was anxious. I had explained that I had told the booking agent that I will be accompanying my mum, the assistant or whoever she was, seemed frustrated by my answer.

We then were brought to the scan room where the male sonographer had a similar demeanour to his assistant, very cold and unfriendly. The scan seemed aggressive and rushed. My mum was not happy at all with the service provided. This was not her first ultrasound, so she is familiar with the protocol.

They were just a couple of miserable sods, who should change careers where there isn't a need to have any face to face interactions with other humans, the only pleasant person was the young lady at the reception.

I had an initial consultation with Dr Olivia this morning. I’ve had anti-wrinkle injections for two years but this was my first time at The Avenue Clinic. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative and immediately put me at ease. She’s friendly and empathetic and the injections were completely pain free. I look forward to continuing my treatments with her and would highly recommend Dr Olivia to others.
