From the moment I stepped into The Atrium, I was transported to a calmer state. The soothing aromas and peaceful surroundings immediately invite you to leave your worries at the door. The space is thoughtfully designed to feel both cozy and private, with a central area featuring circular spaces surrounded by individual treatment rooms. The beautiful décor perfectly complements the natural Oxfordshire countryside that envelops it.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Balancing Ritual after being lucky enough to win the National Menopause Day treatment offer, and it truly lived up to every promise.
Sometimes, treatments don’t always meet expectations, but this one was genuinely incredible. As I navigate perimenopause and a busy lifestyle, I often find myself tense and stressed, struggling to fully relax. Yet, the combination of carefully selected oils, targeted deep massage, and reflexology in this ritual allowed me to unwind deeply—something I haven’t experienced in a long time. I left feeling both restored and re-energized. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to rejuvenate, restore balance, or simply experience a moment of serenity.

An incredible haven. A wonderfully calm and beautiful space in such a tranquil setting.

All the team were so friendly and I felt instantly welcomed.

I had a Balancing Ritual which was 90 mins of heaven! My therapist was so informative and kind - I didn’t want it to end! So good, I booked my husband in for a massage the following weekend.

Looking forward to going back and having a facial and working my way through all their treatments! Thank you for such a relaxing, restorative and lovely experience.

Wellness starts with the gut so I just had to try The Cleansing Ritual by Ground.

90 minutes of head to toe nurture including breathwork, dry brushing & reflexology. The abdominal massage & lymphatic pumping felt so gentle & relaxing.

A wonderful slice of self-care in this absolutely stunning wellness centre. I came away feeling completely detoxified! Would highly recommend.
