This place has become a joke.The receptionists can hardly be bothered to speak to you and when they do they aren't interested.went to the doctors last night with a very painful earache and gum ache and the doctor wouldn't speak to me about anything to help me with pain relief and just said go to the dentist.absoloute joke as now I'm in agony and going to A a E....useless.!!!!

A good NHS GPs. I've not had much issues with the service so far. They have a self arrival screen which is easy to use, I've never had an issue getting an appointment. And the bonus is there's a pharmacy inside the same building 👌

I got a really quick appointment within the hour of my call. I received great advice and suggestions on how to help myself, and given forms for self referral for physio.

I've just been on hold for 2 hours. Started off number 3 in the queue, then was next in line for 1 hour 30 minutes. Then the phone got put down on me. I tried to call back and was number 4 in the queue.

I've sent an email, hopefully you have the time to reply, it's pretty urgent.

Always do there best to accommodate your needs ,either telephone calls to GP or surgery visits
Efficient follow up
Regular appointments and check up re medications checking needs for blood tests regarding your regular long medications

Great doctors and receptionists but feel the swevice id decyling slowly used to answer calls fast and promptly and there's two people today and I tried phoning 6 times... No queues there utter joke....
