An appalling surgery, still no medication for a serious condition.The nurse couldn't have cared less if she tried despite me saying how ill I felt. The GP charged me £30 for a one sentence letter that must have been written by a five-year old!

I could not be more grateful to everyone at the Abingdon surgery. All the ladies at the reception desk were extremely supportive and helpful. The doctors and paramedics I saw could not do more to make sure I was fine. I always knew everyone was nice and helpful but last week showed me that they are also extremely caring and loving! Thank you very much for all your help and kindness.

This is a fantastic GP Surgery, Dr Judy Fung in particular is one of the most professional compassionate Doctors I have ever met. Very professional, hugely sympathetic & understanding of issues spoken about. Never once have I had reason to doubt her incredible knowledge as a Dr in all the years I’ve seen her. A true gem of a Doctor.

Anyone who has her as their Doctor is blessed.

In recent years the surgery have adopted a telephone call with your doctor as a first ‘appointment’ which to be honest works really well, I personally prefer this approach. If the Dr has any concerns they will ask to see you quite quickly to address any medical matters that need to be seen.

Nurses are also very good at this practice.

The receptionists have always been very professional & kind hearted when spoken with on the telephone.

Been with this surgery for nearly 40 years and I have nothing but praise from the doctors, nurses to the receptionists. In particular today, the receptionist went above and beyond to sort out an emergency prescription for my son, just before closing time because of a bad experience from a certain nearby pharmacy. Thank you so much for the care you have provided for my family

I've always been very happy with the service here. My wife and daughter use the Malthouse and the service at Abingdon Surgery is leaps and bounds ahead of what they experience there.

I am always able to book a telephone consultation within about 10 days with my named GP if I need to. She is efficient and gets the problem sorted or at least moved on quickly. When she is not there and I have needed something urgent I have spoken with other GPs who are equally as good.

Most notably, the reception team are friendly and helpful every time. This is in stark contrast to those at my wife/daughter's surgery. I can't understand reviews which say otherwise - I guess this might say more about the person writing the review than the receptionists themselves.

I did once have to chase up an insurance form I needed filling in after a few weeks, but I know my GP has better things to do than this and I am grateful she did it, so not really a complaint.

When I read the other reviews I do wonder what people's expectations are. The NHS is under extreme pressure and for me, this surgery is offering "as good as it gets".

It's a hearty "thanks" from me. I don't need the surgery all that often, but when I do, it works.

This is the best surgery I have been too..
I'm 52 and was previously at Marcham road for last 5 years and only just changed recently for last 4 months ....
The receptionist in there are all amazing people..they talk to you really nice and are really helpful everything gets processed really quickly and thoroughly..

I've only ever had one doctor and her name is Jessica Sutton ..
She is such an amazing doctor very nice friendly and very helpful ..
I went to this surgery with alot of problems with my health and mental health and I'm pleased to say that Dr Jessica Sutton has sorted out every problem I have ever had so far ...
From the moment she calls you into the room she is very nice person to talk to very good listener and very good at helping and solving your problems and you leave the room knowing that all the problems you have been there with gets resolved ...
I'm pleased to say that I get the best care and help with all my problems even the ongoing problems I have and I actually feel a better person inside for being there ..
I actually look forward to going to see her on a regular basis and have chats about myself as she is so interested in all my problems and finding solutions to solve them ...
I've never had a problem with anything I have needed from a simple chat to repeat prescription and help with appointments...
I would rate this surgery a 11 outta 10 for being the best from the receptionists to the doctors ...
I'm so glad I changed to this surgery and my health is really getting a million times better since I have been going here ...
The nurses are all very much the same very helpful assisting you with all your problems and trying to improve you for the better ..
I feel in very safe and helpful hands at this surgery and never ever had any problems since I started coming to this surgery just wished I joined sooner ...
