I’ve been at this practice for almost a year now. I am so far very impressed with the efficiency of getting an appointment. I have used anima a few times and have always had a call back/ an action plan on the same day to address my concerns. I have felt I am taken very seriously here and would highly recommend them.

I've been with this practice for 31 years and have never had an issue with them. Dr Rugeley was my GP, the best, and it's sad he's no longer there but the other GPs, nurses and support staff are all doing a great job. Yes, the place is incredibly busy but they do their best to get you seen one way or another. It would help if people bothered to turn up for their booked appointments.

This place has a disgusting attitude towards patient care I have now been refused medication I have been on for almost 40 years for 3 months strait now.
It's a god damn inhaler. The staff her would rather I go to hospital every month rather than give a prescription that I have had my entire life

Just attended Thatcham Medical Practice after a worrying symptom and had a very good experience. Had a face to face appointment with a brilliant GP, great bedside manner and great customer service all round. Even had a blood test on site the same morning. Great service and slick service. Thanks to all the receptionists and to Dr Mottram. Could not have been a better service!

Absolutely appalling experience. I booked a GP call with regards to my mental health and they booked me in for a call today. They stated that I would be called in the ‘afternoon’, no specific time slot given. I didn’t mind this as this is usually what happens but what I did not expect was to not receive a call at all!!! I understand that they are busy but the least they could do is let me know that they would not be able to call me. Not pleased at all, if I could leave 0 stars I would.

I had an appointment this morning for my flu jab. When I arrived on my disability scooter there was a queue . It started at the front door & down the side of the surgery. I had no room to join it on my scooter. My appointment was scheduled for 9:24 ,if it would have been possible to join the queue, at a guess I would have received my jab at 10:30- 11am Great organisation

I am so glad to have this practice! Dr Booth is such a lovely doctor and she is an amazing support. I have only been with this surgery since January 2022 and they have looked after myself and my newborn son amazing. I always feel supported and the reception staff always go above and beyond to help me. Thank you Thatcham medical practice!

Since I have been with this practice for 18 months. I have had nothing but amazing service. From the Drs, nurses, receptionists, and people that work in the back office, medicines, social. Everyone gives you time and listens. Also I find them empathetic. I am so happy I choose this practice. Thank you everyone. Also I find Boots very helpful. I was given different medication the other day and the pharmacist made sure to check with me what other stuff I’d was taking like vitamins to make sure it was ok for me to take the new meds.
