Yes I must admit that my husbands repeat prescription was put in over a week ago, but the nature of his business means he's out at work from 8am through to 5 pm or later. BUT every day for the last week he has done his level best to get back to pick his script before 5pm. However today he made it dead on 5pm, three staff still in the chemist and one outside and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HIM HIS PRESCRIPTION. Thank You the STAFF at T H Pritchard, good to know that customer service is still your main priority NOT!!

I went to Abertillery today as have two poorly children, any one who lives in Abertillery will know how difficult it is to gain doctors appointment, so went to visit a pharmacist at 1.15. All three chemist were closed for lunch, this to me seems really poor. I know that people need their lunch break, however for all 3 Phamacist to go to lunch at once seems poor service. How difficult would it be for them to communicate with each other and stager lunches so a pharmacist is available all day.
