Used to think this place was great! I could get appointments, staff were great! I don't know what's happened but staff including receptionists have gone down hill. Administrators closing cases without explanation. Sorry.. because of a missed call. Even though they aren't a dr so they have no rights because only a medical professional can do this. Receptionist leave you waiting 12 mins before signing in so you miss your child's appointment time then they make you wait 45 mins. Doctors come up with excuses and palm you off. The amount of times I've needed a second/third opinion because no one took any concerns I had about myself or children seriously. This place seriously has gone down hill.

had a blood test here this morning and fainted had another woman come to assist who was really rude, tried to take my blood straight after I woke back up I asked her to wait a minute as my vision hadnā€™t come back , I then collapsed in the chair , she literally didnā€™t do anything then told me I was a drama queen and asked is this how your parents raised you did they let you act like this ? I said no and she asked if I had kids and I said no not yet and she said thank god . She then started laughing at my tattoos and I left . Awful experience. Second time here after being sent to emergency doctor which who was also a nightmare

Was seen by a very kind and patient GP (didn't catch the name but in room 701) who approached ny appointment with a lot of care. Practice was extremely busy on a Saturday night and overheard that there were more appointments being booked than they could handle - despite this, the staff and GPS were very lovely even in the face of a lot of frustrated patients

Had to go in there for an emergency. Seeing the reviews, I was a bit worried. But I was pleasantly surprised with the care I was given. Dr. Hope was kind and attentive and was willing to explain the issue in detail. The reception staff were equally helpful. The health centre is also quite large and very well maintained.

Nice building and everything looks great, but - I wasnā€™t given an indication of where my appointment was amongst the many colour coded reception desks, so I had no choice but to ask the security guy on ā€˜main receptionā€™ who had no idea so pointed me vaguely towards another desk on the ground floor; the lady at that one told me to go to the green desk on the first floor and then the lady there told me firstly that ā€˜main receptionā€™ isnā€™t reception - itā€™s a security desk, as if it was obvious (I suggest taking the big sign down above it that reads ā€˜main receptionā€™), before telling me that my appointment was at the purple desk.
It doesnā€™t sound like much, but it made the whole experience much more stressful than it needed to be.
They have too many signs everywhere, many of which tell us about their ā€˜zero tolerance to bad behaviourā€™, and the way all the staff spoke to me tells me that itā€™s the sort place where they see all the visitors to the building as the problem, rather than just their awful signage and indignant attitudes.
How hard can it be, really?

The worst GP experience I have ever had. So dismissive of my situation and made me feel extremely small for wanting help.

I had explained everything to him and what I had been going through with my condition. He gave me a blank, uninterested stare throughout the entire thing and asked ā€œso what do you want us to do for youā€. I replied ā€œWell thatā€™s why Iā€™m here iā€™m hoping you, a doctor, can advise meā€, since I didnā€™t go to school to study medicine for years, how would I know as opposed to a licensed doctor? Why is this centre employing doctors that donā€™t have anything useful to do for patients. Itā€™s sickening, I even cried in his office because of the way I was spoken to and the pain of what I am dealing with. I never write bad reviews but Iā€™ve never been treated this way by a doctor. This tallish white man with long hair and glasses needs to work on the way he speaks to people just needing help, or he needs to change his field of work.

Please beware screening is done using an APP. if you have complex medical issues...the person operating the APP. is unlikely to check your records put in the info, there is no guarantee they have any medical training. This can be dangerous..then you may be sent to someone who is not a GP. OK if you have a simple complaint and are normally fit and healthy but if you are on several meds and have a heart condition and have a new condition you may feel you need to see a GP. IF you think you want a GP write GP on the form. ....insist....there is also no way of seeing the same doctor. Booking appts by name is over.

They do no seem to care about patients requirements even after recieving letters from hospital stating that a patient needs a walkin shower instead of a wet room. Even though the patient has had 2 flls they seem not to care to do anything about it. Do not have photos ubable to do so
