I used to find exercising a bit of a chore. I have been attending Barassie Fitness for about a year now and its changed the way i think about exercise. Emma's classes are fun and enjoyable and she naturally creates a friendly and supportive environment. Emma helps me to stay motivated and pushes me to make the most of every session. I REALLY HATE using the barbell but i know she won't let me give up!
