LOVE LOVE LOVE. My mother and father and indeed my late grandmother have all spent time here. Most recently my mother. This is a fantastic facility and one that the local community fight to keep open on a daily basis.
My mother was discharged from the Countess of Chester where her care was poor and haphazard to the welcoming arms of Tarporley. As a family we went from an extreme state of worry to a state of calm once she got there. They are utterly amazing and the NHS should use them as their care model.

A very well run warm and caring environment which offers day and overnight respite care for the eldery.
The staff are friendly ,supportive and knowledgeable.
Also acts as a minor injury unit and maintains a physiotherapy unit for the community.

Unhappy with the care my father received. Communication very poor and some staff unhelpful. Going through my father's papers after his death, I found a letter from the hospital matron apologising for incorrect dosage of medication. I was not informed of this at the time. Very poor care. Would not recommend.
