I am not one for going to the doctors, however in the last week I have needed help.
I can not fault the service I have received, everyone from those answering the phones, the receptionists, the nurses and the doctors have been brilliant.
The nurses have especially been brilliant, dealing with me on a daily basis.

Simply awful. Receptionist constantly making errors and seems like they don't even know their own opening times... Impossible to get through on the phone and if you somehow manage to, you will be told to ring first thing at 8:30am, which is practically impossible. Good luck to anyone who needs medical records aswell, they will make you pay and keep telling you its on the way until you end up giving up. Absolute shambles, needs to be shut down once and for all.

Big thanks to Joanne and Dr Tan , my Grandaughter was seen quickly ,Dr Tan was very patient , she was quite a difficult 3 year old who wasn't best pleased to be there ! . This surgery has looked after my 3 kids and now my Grandkids , take no notice of the negative reviews , the receptionists are only doing their job ! Sorting out the people who can wait from the urgent poorly people !

My sister, has tryed too see her GP for three months. But getting past the receptionist is impossible, has asked for her depression medicine and kept been told you need to see the GP, but they are never any appointments or the GP'S not seeing anyone. They talk about Mental Health and the High Rate of Suicide, you can see why if anything happens too my sister because the receptionist was not HELPFUL I will personally hold her responsible.

Booking an appointment is a nightmare, in the early morning the lines are permanently busy for the first two hours at least.Mondays are worst. This being said, the reception staff, nurses and doctors I've always found friendly and helpful. There does seem to have been quite a number of locum doctors since the original senior partners retired. However they are on the whole very good.

Walked in Thursday morning (5th Dec), requested my sons repeat medication be sent to chemist. Takes 48hrs. Lo and behold, go to pick it up today, it's NOT there. Not even been sent over. Not even the first time. Controlled substance so can't do an emergency prescription for him. Have a chronic health condition myself, can't ever get an appt with my doctor. Abysmal service, will be filing formal complaint. I'll have to spend my lunch hour tomorrow trying to get his prescription sorted, or after work when I should be relaxing. I am not happy. Do not recommend.
