Had our Hydropool Serenity hot tub since January and don’t have the words to express our gratitude to Kate and Simon. From walking in to the showroom, to delivery and installation, to all the “silly questions” and the politest response ever to my picture of a dip-stick which apparently I was holding upside down!!!!
This is Customer Service and After Sales Service of the highest calibre and the multi-national big boys should come and see them in action!!!

We recently had a hot tub installed at home and the service Simon gave was great. He did a site survey and worked out how to get the tub safely into position (which wasn’t straighforward). They arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the whole thing with no fuss, carefully and respectfully of our neighbours property (and ours). We are really pleased with the tub and enjoying lots of family time together. Thanks Simon.

We bought a 12 ft swim spa in 2020, the Team at Hydropool were fantastic and answered all of our questions and queries. They organised people to lay the concrete base and arranged everything for the delivery and set up. 18 months on we still love our pool and the service we continue to receive has been 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hot tub or a swim spa.

Went to hydropool today, in Cheltenham, with my nine year old son, after speaking to Simon, and Kate about trying out one of there swim spa,s.
Arrived, and were made very welcome by both of them.
Had a walk round the showroom, looking at there range of hot tubs, sauna,s, and general bits for the garden, including a range of barbeques, and even an outside pool table.
The centre piece of the showroom is one of the latest swim spa,s from hydropool.
Me, and my son got in it, for about 30 minutes, Simon, and Kate were very knowledgeable about the swim spa, and answered any questions I had about it.
My son and I, loved it, absolutely brilliant, great fun, and really relaxing, I want one.
I've been to other hot tub, and swim spa showrooms, over time, and over all, I would say hydropool ticks all the boxes for me, quality products from a reputable company that has been going for 35 years, say no more.

Couldn't ask for a better experience!

From our initial enquiry to the site inspection, installation and on going support. they've been brilliant. (and answering many of our stupid questions)

They're always available, offer great value (we've priced matched elsewhere), and they're very knowledgeable down to the smallest detail.

Hugely impressed and we've gone on to purchase additional products from them.
