Shameful company. Run both Martock and South Petherton doctors practices and they're horrendous. Despite hospital MRI results requiring the doctor to act, they refuse to respond or speak to me, they simply hide behind there receptionists who have little to no knowledge or power to control anything.

Now due to a new 'Amina' software system, no one's able to even attempt to make an appointment for another 8 days....and there's going to be a very longer line of people waiting with all manner of medical needs.

The crazy thing is, you also go into their surgeries and there's never more than 1 or 2 people waiting to be seen, and yet you try and call them and there's always more than 15 people on the telephone waiting room.

Just renewed my shotgun licence and asked for a GP signature. 5 years ago it was £30, Symphony take over the surgery note it’s £100.40 - absolutely ridiculous and blatant profiteering.

Takes failing practices and white washing as taken over when same people remain. Speak to GMC, CQC, ICB, NHS England and a no win no fee solicitor to get satisfaction. Record the lies and put them on YouTube. They profit in misery

Crewkerne surgery is awful
