Once again, Swanzdale vets have shown what an excellent, caring service they provide. My dog is elderly and Swanzdale are always there to advice with his problems and provide the care needed. The receptionists, nurses and vets are all efficient and compassionate. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

The exotic vet I am registered with is a 2 hour drive away so when I rang them with an emergency with my hamster they suggested I try to get in with a vet that is closer to me for the initial appointment to get her pain medication. I rang swanzdale and the receptionist was very lovely over the phone and seemed very sympathetic of my situation. Although the vet I saw wasn’t trained specifically in hamsters, she seemed amazing with my hamster and was very helpful. Overall, in a very stressful situation, I had a great experience with this vets

My dearly loved boxer Ruby was taken ill very suddenly. I contacted Swanzdale Vets immediately and they certainly pulled out all the stops in an effort to discover the problem.
Although Ruby ultimately died that evening, I know that the vets who were looking after her did all they could to save her life. I would certainly recommend this practice.

My pet shih tzu needed an emergency appointment last week and my registered vet wasn't able to see her that day and recommended I ring round other vet practices. Swanzdale's response was fantastic. I was able to take my poorly pet within the hour and the service from the friendly team was brilliant, from the reception staff to the vet who agreed to see my dog at such short notice. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination and treated her for her illness, explaining everything in detail. I was hugely impressed by everything at Swanzdale and really appreciate what they did for my poorly pooch.

What a great Vet Practice!
While on holiday in Scarborough our Cockerpoo became sick. The caring receptionist was very understanding and arranged for her to be seen by Matt, (even though it was a Saturday and we weren't registered with them). Matt was amazing with our pooch and us, he quickly identified the issue and provided the necessary treatment.
I can not praise the wonderful staff enough - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Very friendly staff. I had an emergency, my dog had a burst abscess and they managed to fit me in as my local vet is in London, I was just visiting Scarborough. Highly recommend them.

I found the reception staff very friendly very helpful, kind & caring, as was the vet, I needed a emergency visit as the vets my daughters dog is registered with was not helpful at all, my daughter doesnt Live in Scarborough but Swanzdale were truly brilliant, Thank you for looking after Nia xxx
