Huge thank you to Dr Sahay who was kind enough to fit me in for an appointment last week at the practice. He was very friendly I felt immediately at easy, he listened to my concerns and took the time to explain and reassure me during my appointment. I would highly recommend him moving forward. Practice was very clean and tidy.

three times. three times our appointment to start fertility treatment was postponed. "the doctor" always has an urgent intervention. We really wanted a child but everything is postponed. Every time I received the call from the secretary with his "ehm zorry" all these urgent treatments that cannot be postponed? or are they more profitable? It's rare now to find a doctor who also works out of dedication.

I attended Sutton Medical Consulting Centre for a minor procedure with Consultant Mr Khaira.
My experience throughout my visit to the centre was nothing but professional.
The nursing team and reception team was extremely professional and polite and the centre was very clean and one of the most up to date hospitals that I have visited.
I 100% recommend the Consultants and the Hospital as a whole.
Thank you once again for looking after me during my appointment and ensuring everything went smooth.

I left your building at 10.15 after speaking to your receptionist at 10.10 questioning the lateness of my appointment. I have a timed phone call from your clinic to my mobile at 10.18 when you called to say the physiotherapist had arrived.
I have no issue with waiting for an appointment if your staff had the courtesy to apologise for the lateness of the clinician rather than leave me sitting in reception.
Furthermore I was given two different reasons why the clinician was late. Initially I was told he was dropping his children to school and then it was changed to a problem with the software for booking your appointments that hadn’t informed him of the appointment.

From my very first phone call, to treatment & aftercare, the staff & consultants have done everything to make me feel comfortable & valued as a client, Mr. Khaira has been exceptional, answered all my questions & looked after me fantastically. I come to the centre regularly for treatment with Steve Hakner and always have the best experience, nothing is ever too much to ask from the staff there and you're constantly greeted with a smile! Highly recommend.
