I had a gaenalogical operation 2 weeks ago and I have to say the care I received was excellent. I was always kept informed of what was happening and staff, doctors and catering staff were all lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was fine, needs a bit of updating mainly the bathroom and I agree with another review in reference better choice of food

From the cheerful phone booking until the end of my appointment, the whole process from greeting to leaving the door after my scan was very positive.

The hospital's ambiance immediately put me at ease. It felt more like a hotel than a medical facility, with tasteful decor, calming colors, and a serene atmosphere. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee in the comfortable waiting area—such a thoughtful touch!

Parking was also a pleasant surprise. Not only was it free, but there were plenty of spaces available, which eliminated the usual stress of finding a spot.

My appointment ran right on time—no endless waiting, which is such a rarity. The staff were professional, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Having had a tonsillectomy yesterday, I just wanted to Publicly say a massive thank you to all the staff that were involved in my care.
Everything and everyone was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
The room was spotlessly clean, the food was delicious and the staff could not have been any nicer.
Everyone showed genuine care and compassionn providing an extremely high quality of care.

Can’t recommend this place more! My nurse, Carla, was absolutely lovely to me when I went in a couple of weeks ago for my laparoscopy. She was so friendly and kind to me! The anaesthetist was lovely too and put me at ease. The only lacking thing was the food options as I have a few dietary restrictions so ended up with some salad. Other than that, great experience, quiet, friendly and clean!

Back home after hip replacement surgery at Sussex Premier Health. The team led by the surgeon Christopher Buckle was in every sense absolutely superb, they were professional, efficient, compassionate and maintained a sense of humour throughout which helped alleviate any anxiety I might have had. Thanks to you all, I think you have restored quality of life for me, I am so grateful.

Complete waste on time. Referred by GP for ENT appointment- was in with the Dr for less than 1 minute and told I need a CT scan and that will be 4 to 6 weeks and that was my appointment! Waste a day off and a whole morning travelling to Hastings for less than 1 minute app!!!

9th March 2021 was my OP ever. I was nervous but that went away from how great the team are. My room was immaculately clean/spacious. The surgical Mr Ahmed team were professional/helpful also calmed me down during the process of the OP.

I know it's my first time here but I will always reccomend them because frankly, their first impression has shined through and everyone working here go above/beyond their care of duty for you.

My partner went in for a prostate op the staff were very helpful the surgeon who was doing the op came and spoke to us to explain what would happen the room was spotless clean also had own shower room/toilet tv to watch cheerful decor In all lovely people good place much nicer than the main hospitals he went as a NHS patient and was treated very well he op was over quite quickly without any pain thank you all.
