Esme was delightful! She was so welcoming and listened carefully to my skin issues and was able to tailor the best treatment for my skin due to her diligent listening. Awful service. Tried to buy some Obaji products to be posted, they never arrived. Received zero communication and they had my money for 3 months and been trying to get a refund for over a month. Terrible service, terrible communication. Complete lack of ownership of complaints and issues. Will never go back.
