I have had an ache in my back for some time. Annie has helped me to understand what elsewhere in my body was feeding in to this, and supported me with exercises to reduce these contributing issues. Annie knows exactly what is needed to release the tightness and pain I experience, and she helps me to feel more comfortable each time I see her. Annie is also releasing other areas where I have had discomfort for some time. In addition she is lovely!! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Before seeing Annie i was in agony nearly every day, i had seen another physio for 6 months and it had made little impact. Within a few session with Annie my pain became much more manageable, and then after a few more sessions i was in hardly any pain. I am now nearly pain free - which was unimaginable to me 6 months ago. Highly recommend - she is so talented and made such a difference to my life. Annie is also lovely, making the sessions great!

I managed to badly injure my back and neck following a severe illness in the middle of 2014. I was unable to move my head at all and had very limited movement available in my right arm and back - the pain was incredible. I started seeing Annie in November of 2014 following some hospital treatment, where it had been explained to be I was experiencing severe muscular nerve impingement. Sports massage was explained to me as a treatment I should try.

From the very first session with Annie I noticed a dramatic improvement and have carried on seeing her regularly since then. Almost six months on and I'm basically back to normal, much of this due to Annie's dedication and help in getting me back on my feet. Plus, I can report Annie is just the most lovely person and I've enjoyed every session with her.

I have been a client of Annie's for over three years, seeing her about once a fortnight. I am in my mid-sixties, a keen golfer, walker and cyclist. Receiving a sports massage from Annie regularly, has greatly helped to keep me fully active and largely pain free. I have a tendency to muscle tension in my head, neck, shoulders and lower back. With Annie's expert help these problems are kept well under control. Other minor niggles and pains are always quickly sorted out too. Annie is very friendly and helpful, I always find her massages very relaxing and de-stressing. I can thoroughly recommend her.

I found Annie on a friend recommendation. I have had hip surgery and although almost rehabilitated my Physio recommended a sports massage. Annie is knowledgeable and found the areas to work on straight away. She provided me with information and exercises to go away and do which have helped considerably.
