Surecare have looked after my mum for around 9mths. They have been fantastic with her from day 1, ensuring that she feels comfortable within her own house again. The registered manager Hayley has been amazing, ensuring that my mums needs are meet and that she feels she can reach out to them for anything.
I don't know where me or my mum would be without Hayley and her trusted team.

We have had SureCare visiting our Dad for over 3 months now and can't fault anything. After our initial meeting, they have met every need and request discussed and have been available to discuss any concerns we have had. Dad isn't the most sociable of people, much preferring his own space but he has seemed happy with his visits from the carers. Would definitely recommend SureCare.

Stay away from these con people. They look after my dad they get payed £300 a month he's nearly blind and deaf he lost his partner a couple of years ago and never got over it . My mum did everything for him but the carers that go in and take him shopping are ripping him off . Getting him to buy there Xmas tree and stuff for there kids for Xmas plus when there out getting my dad to buy there dinner. We have informed the head office and they don't seem to be bothered stay away
