Over the past six months, I had around five appointments with Edward at Supafoot for ongoing treatment of an ingrowing toenail. From the outset, Edward took a preventative approach, exploring all non-invasive options first before progressing to nail surgery when the issue became more persistent and uncomfortable.

Throughout the process, Edward was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and always managed to put me at ease – even cracking a few jokes along the way which helped make the whole experience far less daunting.

The overall service was excellent. I was really impressed with the new location – it's modern, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The reception team were always cheerful and accommodating, and it was great to have convenient parking available right outside.

The whole team came across as genuinely friendly and professional. I’ve been really happy with the care and attention I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Edward and the Supafoot Cheltenham Team.

Great service and treatment, Sam Chadwick has been looking after me for the last 3 years and is excellent in his profession, he treats with care, and consideration as to what's best for you.

I had surgery carried out by Sam, and the procedure was completely pain free, the follow up and after care was beyond exceptional, I received an email today just checking all was ok 6 weeks after the procedure !! These guys are thoroughly recommended. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I’m absolutely delighted with the exceptional care I have received from Sam. I have been experiencing debilitating pain in one of my feet for a long time with severe osteoarthritis and recently diagnosed osteoporosis. I didn’t feel I was getting any meaningful help on the NHS so followed my neighbour’s recommendation to see Sam. He took the time at my first consultation- musculoskeletal assessment- to actively listen to my concerns and give me a thorough physical assessment and a way forward with orthotics and strengthening exercises. He was brilliant at explaining why I was experiencing pain. He also went above and beyond by offering to write to my GP recommending a follow up on a couple of specific things and did so really promptly. My follow up appointment was time well spent with a reassuring progress review.
I can’t praise him enough and whilst I’m not miraculously totally pain free after just a few weeks, my visit to Sam has been a real game-changer and had a massive impact on my mobility and mental wellbeing. I would thoroughly recommend Sam and the efficient team at the Supafoot clinic.

I recently visited Supafoot following a broken leg when my foot had become very dry after the removal of my cast. Joana was fab. Really chatty, put me at ease and made my feet lovely & super smooth again. Their property is also lovely & welcoming. Highly recommend!

I’ve had challenges with my feet since childhood, including two surgeries on each foot. Joana is probably Chiropodist number ten, at least! I have been lucky enough to be treated very well by two of her colleagues also. But now I think of Joana as ‘my Chiropodist’.
I actually look forward to my regular appointment, since my problems cannot be cured they can be dealt with in a timely way. The rooms are fresh, airy, clean and everything you would expect from a professional practice. Joana treats with empathy, knowledge and deft skill, I think I’ve been very lucky to come across Supafoot. It’s so important to be able to walk in comfort, thank you Joana.

Fabulous, as I joked on my visit such was the state of one of my feet in particular that I felt that I had entered as a goblin and left as an elf! I shall procrastinate no more and make this a regular visit. Excellent professional and friendly care.
