A lovely home with a good care team. The manager is very friendly and is approachable. The care staff work hard to make this home as happy as possible. I visit regularly and am always welcomed, It's not a flash home, it's a real home for elderly and vulnerable people and staff do a marvellous job. I do recommend it

⚠ ATTENTION ⚠
this carehome is a disgrace and corrupt ....management cover things up and sack staff that actually care to save there own backs...paperwork gets falsified and just a word to anyone reading these so called positive reviews about the home (there fake, as there staff members comments slightly changing there names not to be recognised) I've seen with my own eyes how people are treated here and wouldn't put any of my family in here!!! ☠ BE AWARE!!! ☠

My mum has had nothing but 100% care since she went to Sunnyside .As a family we were upset that mum could no longer stay in her home .but are worries were not needed .She has everything she needs .the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.Top marks to you all and thank you from a very grateful family for taking such good care of our mum .

Awful! My gran was rushed into a&e after she nearly died from starvation. Sunny side hadn't fed her for nearly a week. They also tell us lies about her health & about assessments

staff are abusive to both workers and residents, the staff are also racist, under no circumstances place a relative here, they have been known to starve residents and mistreat them, i am also reporting them to health and safety social services and eldercare, this place needs to be shut down
