Utter woke nonsense. Everything has to be done online, policies and practised all designed to make it hard for you to get an appointment.

Terrible service,tried to book an appointment by phone,waited 22minutes only to be told you cant book over the phone.
They sent a link to register and book online,sent a photo of my driving licence as ID and still waiting for it to be accepted after 4 days.
It has been quicker and easier to transfer to another surgery.
I feel sorry for anyone who is over 60 and grew up when letters existed because this online chuff is epic.

Shocking service by the out of hours nurse practitioner, I called worried about my mother's blood pressure, the woman I spoke to was very short with me, angry and argumentative. She quickly lost rapport with me snd I lost my confidence in what she had to say. Instead we went to Queen Elizabeth A&E who properly investigated my mother's health concern, and made absolutely sure she was alright before sending her home.

The woman at GP alliance was more interested in finishing work on time than helping us properly. She just wanted to give my mother a pill and get us out of her hair without a single test.

Appointments are a joke. Gotta call at 8am but all spots gone really quickly before you get an answer. Prescription line nothing but a pain totally inefficient. Almost impossible to get through and no longer available at galleries.. What happened to proper services where you could speak to one receptionist who could sort out your problems, make appointments and get results. This is a rubbish service and it's getting worse

Wouldn't recommend, staff have a terrible attitude and unless you phone dot on 8am and get straight through you will be told to phone back the next day, when you do get an appointment its for the following month, just makes you feel neglected
