I first encountered Sun Kyeong at the Mind Body Spirit in London. I had a treatment which was deeply calming and peaceful, and decided to follow up with more treatments. I learned more about the practice, and was attracted by its purity, sincerity, depth and simplicity. It also combined many different things I was interested in, for example Qi energy classes, chanting and meditation - and it also follows a clear discipline which I felt I needed. In addition, I was attracted to its core work of Ancestor Healing, which resonated with me as my mother had also been interested in healing of the family tree, so I felt this to be a very important opportunity. I can feel that much of the anxiety and agitation I have had for a long time is gradually falling away, and I am experiencing much more peace and quietness of mind. I am hugely impressed by the kindness, brightness and encouragement of everyone in the Sun Kyeong centre, who radiate and embody their practice so beautifully.

It is a place where you can find yourself again and come back to who you are whatever life's challenges and distractions.
The practice offered here is transformative and the Practitioners very welcoming and supportive.
When you have energy treatments here and take part in the Korean Chanting classes and Qi energy movement classes offered you start to experience a different part of yourself. A more whole and authentic part and one which in time becomes more established and available to live from in daily life..
The Korean practice of chanting is a sacred action which stills the mind and brings more clarity and freedom.
The Qi Energy classes also sacred are a series of movements and meditation done with awareness which remove blockages from the body and mind aligning, renewing and energising the whole system.
Through these classes you begin to have the ability to come back to yourself and enjoy becoming more who you are in the everyday..
Less distracted by the chattering mind and more able to be seperate from unnecessary worries and negative thoughts, creating more space for joy and happiness .
The classes either done in person at the centre or live on line are available at certain times throughout the day and evening to be accessible for people according to their varying life and work patterns
For online classes the website is very clear and it's easy to access the classes you want through the links provided..
They are joined live so you feel part of the ongoing session.
Alternatively if you need to join a class at a different time you are able to access recorded sessions anytime you wish.
I am a former yoga student and teacher from the Midlands.I now live in Yorkshire and although I come to the London Centre by train whenever I can the majority of my practice is done online .I find this extremely effective and invaluable.
Even with the distance involved because of how the online system works and the inclusive nature of the practice I still feel part of everything that's going on and a part of the centre itself and have come to know the Practitioners and other students very well.
I cannot express strongly enough how important the London Centre can be in changing people's lives and helping them reconnect to themselves.
It can be a lifeline, a reawakening, it can be the start of a new way of experiencing life.

I attended ancestor healing ceremonies here and found it to be a positive experience that helped me connect more with myself and those that have passed away. Qi classes are very good for energising yourself and staying positive and these can be done online or in person at the centre.
