Sulis Manor Road Surgery

My elderly mother has been left to suffer in silence by this surgery and a doctor who is never available to speak to. He changed her prescription to a questionable medication and did not prescribe enough for the dose she was told to take. She has ended up taking 1/4 of the prescribed dose so it doesnt run out before the next one. They don't seem to care or resolve this promptly. Disgraceful standard of care.

Our usual surgery is Combe Down but the experience at the Odd Down branch when we've been sent there has been consistently excellent - so much so we're looking to make it our go-to surgery instead.

Not particularly well organized. A more professional manner would help in reception. Buildings in need of refurbishment.

La réceptionniste, Hannah, était souriante, accueillante, patiente et attentive. D’outre part, Kathryn était magnifique. Ça se voit qu’elle reste fière de sa profession et qu’elle la tient à cœur. Je suis contente d’avoir trouvé ce cabinet avec les personnels sympathiques.
