I started attending Sue's 1:1 and group training sessions earlier this year. I explained how I wanted to get stronger and tone my body, she has been great at tailoring sessions to give you exactly what you want. If you ever experience any pain like sometimes I do in my shoulders from having a desk job she is also great at offering stretches to help with these. The group sessions are nice and small and everyone who attends are friendly and welcoming.
A great Personal Trainer, I would definitely recommend Sue!

I have been training with Sue for some years now. She is an amazing coach, constantly moving you forward and increasing your strength and just as importantly, your inner belief! She helps you to achieve your goals and knows when to push for more. My body is stronger now than ever before and motivated to keep going. I’ve been going to Sue’s classes for two years now since joining her initially for PT in 2020. Her classes have become an important part of my weekly routine. Sue is truly committed to supporting your fitness and your wellness. My sons now go to her weekly teens strength sessions and they love them. It’s a great way to learn. We’re so lucky to have Sue and her studio nearby.

I was very unfit when I first started with Sue. I started with personal training to build my confidence. I’m now signed up for two classes a week.

Sue never judges and lets you work at your own pace. Her classes are varied and you work everything - weights, cardio, abs, stretching. I have always been exercise adverse but even I have to admit I feel so much better and more energised after one of Sue’s classes.

I would highly recommend Sue.

Ps. She also plays fantastic music. The hour passes really quickly.

I'm now into my 6th amazing year training with Sue; I'm a 50something equestrian lady with a list of old injuries and during that time Sue has improved my flexibility, increased my fitness and stamina and helped me re-hab my injuries through biomechanics coaching and careful and targeted training. I'm in no doubt that without her, I would by now be considering a more sedate hobby...I owe her so much and would recommend her to anyone

Sue is so knowledgeable about fitness and well-being. The group classes are great fun and offer a mix of strength and cardio training or you can do 1-2-1 sessions and work on more specific goals which you agree together. So pleased to have Sue on our doorstep and continue working on my fitness and enjoying the results!

I have been attending Sue's classes for a few years now and feel so much stronger and fitter. Classes are always fun and the content changes every week. Sue is a very motivational person and is really good at adapting exercises for injuries /restrictions - her classes are for everyone no matter what fitness or ability. Would highly recommend ?
