If you have teenagers finding it hard to settle to sleep or having any trouble with sleep, please contact Sue! She’s so calm and patient and really gets to understand the routine of their evening and then offers advice and techniques to help, I’ve even used the advice myself and have broken my habit of waking in the night and being unable to go back to sleep, can’t recommend her enough thank you Sue!

After struggling with broken sleep, I contacted Sue and after my first appointment with her I felt calmer and didnt have the anxiety of what to do, if I woke up. By the 3rd appointment I slept more soundly. I now use her ,'colour technique ,' when ever I have a difficult night and sleep soundly afterwards. A real find is Sue............

I have had a couple of fantastic sessions with Sue during ‘lockdown’ where she has helped me so much. I love how she makes you feel very at ease and works through things in a way that I felt like new person afterwards, and like a weight had been lifted. I also have been sleeping well and for much longer than I have done in ages! Thank you Sue....

I was aware that there was an issue I was not confronting that was stopping me from moving forward and causing me to wake during the early hours. Sue used her core transformation technique to effectively address the issue. I would recommend anyone who has problems with sleep to arrange a consultation with Sue Gray.

I saw Sue Grey recently as i was feeling very sad and upset over the loss of my dad, this was effecting my sleep and I was having difficulty lifting my self out of some aspects of my loss, I had a couple of sessions with sue and feel so much more in control of my feelings and actually feel lighter and have slept much better since, going to sleep straight away. can't thank her enough.
