I had implants fitted abroad nearly 20 years ago. Some time ago I began to experience infection and pain. Not having a dentist I count myself lucky to have found Dr Roberts. I totally agree with all the positive reviews that reflect the excellent communication and professionalism I experienced from Dr Roberts and his team. Jade and Marianne on reception welcomed me with such warmth and friendliness that having been nervous and anxious before the first appointment I was quickly relaxed and felt reassured. This lovely atmosphere has been consistent during all my subsequent visits and if it is possible to “enjoy” visits to the dentist my experience throughout has indeed been so. Dr Roberts immediately put me at ease. His honesty in terms of what was possible to help my problem was appreciated. His professionalism was evident, he was so attentive and communicated in such a clear and relaxed way that when I was with him I felt I might have been his only patient! I felt he “had my back” and would do all he could to help me. He successfully treated the problem I had. New implants were not an option for me but had they been I would be totally confident in Dr Roberts to do the procedure. I am comforted and reassured that, should I have ongoing problems Dr Roberts is absolutely my “go to” dentist. My thanks to him and his team.

Excellent treatment and customer service. Dr Paul Roberts and the whole team helped me as a nervous dental patient get some long standing issues sorted. Unlike some other private practices I visited they also didn’t try to oversell or persuade me into any unnecessary work but focused on what was essential. Great experience!

I've just finished successful implant surgery for 3 front teeth with Dr Roberts at Street Lane. I'm delighted with the results (no more partial denture, the implants look and feel like real teeth). Street Lane was recommended from my dentist and I can see why. The whole experience was great - Dr Roberts comes across as a highly experienced specialist, but is also very easy to talk to and happy to answer all your questions. Implant surgery isn't cheap, but in my experience it has been well worth paying for.

I retired as a dentist in 2020. Prior to my retirement I had worked closely with Dr Roberts for many years. I referred many patients who had had treatment both home and abroad that was bad and downright ugly. Implants are a huge investment why settle for second best or worst case scenario having to be re-done?
I had no doubts whatsoever that I wanted a skilled expert professional who knew this field of dentistry inside out and would make the journey as pleasant and predictable and satisfying as possible. I was not disappointed . I had almost no pain or discomfort after each procedure so for me, it was a really smooth path.. The clinic is relaxed and friendly with a lovely team Katie, Jade and Marriane supporting the expert : Dr Paul Roberts .
I would not consider going anywhere else he is the expert in this field and I could not recommend anyone more.

What a lovely experience I have had from start to finish with Dr Roberts and his team. My dentist recommended I go for gum treatment especially on my back teeth and after seeing Dr Roberts who is so lovely he arranged for me to see Prenna the hygienist who did a brilliant job with the deep cleaning treatment and kept me comfortable at all times whilst carrying this out.
Today I saw Dr Roberts and he can see the improvement on my gums 😁 I am so happy.
I will be keeping up the good work at home and will be visiting them again as well as my own dentist.
The ladies on the reception are a credit too they are so friendly and we've had a good laugh. All in all I've had a great experience and first class treatment. They are 5 stars all the way for me 💫

Some 20 years ago my wife needed two front teeth replacements and after much consideration decided to have implants performed by Dr Roberts. Both have been faultless requiring no special maintenance still feel solid and comfortable and still look natural.
So having decided to have some gaps filled and having done some research it was an easy decision to follow my wife’s example and go meet the team and review the options.
Each step was carefully outlined and confirmed with clear timeframes, procedures and cost and a plan developed which has resulted in me extending the procedure to a third tooth!
Paul and his team are great, (I never thought I would ever say going to a dentist for a long procedure was great) the process, attention to detail and follow up are exceptional and I am now chewing away like never before!
So, if you are considering such treatment don’t hesitate to put yourself into the care of this exceptional team its well worth the time and investment, you’ll not regret it they are simply the best!

I was referred to Dr Roberts to improve my dental health and consider the options for implants. After review and consultation a treatment plan was agreed and once my gum health had improved I was fitted with 2 implants. The entire team were excellent, very professional and friendly, explaining what was happening and my options throughout the process. I’ve never felt as relaxed and comfortable at a dentist and am very pleased with my new teeth! Would absolutely recommend the clinic.
