Thank you for the service you always give which is consistently excellent. I order my prescriptions through my online app and they are always filled very promptly. I have trouble opening your door which is very heavy and someone always appears to open it for me. You are very kind to me and as I am disabled and elderly I am extremely grateful for your excellent consideration when I come to the pharmacy. Thank you to all your staff.

What a mess around. Dropped off my prescription Monday, they didn’t have it in stock, so said they would order in for following day and said they’d text me when arrived. Waited yesterday for text, received nothing.

Decided to pop up today, my prescription had arrived (thanks for the update) let that slide. Unfortunately, I then find out the prescription wasn’t dated by the doctor at the hospital on Monday, so they aren’t allowed to give it out to me?Pharmacist said go across to the doctors, they will be able to date it for you. Waited in line, receptionist said no. Went back to the pharmacist, he said “no, not the date, I didn’t say that, they can do a new prescription, they’d do it if they were helpful” Went back to the doctors, feeling a bit embarrassed at this point, receptionist said no they can’t do that and he is giving out wrong information and she would be happy to call him and tell him to not say that . At this point I gave up.

Drove up to another pharmacy up the road, they took my prescription no problem and had it within 5 minutes. What is stupid is it was just a tube of medicated cream.

Will use another pharmacy from now on.

Only filled half my prescription despite my specific instructions not to do it unless everything was available, then neglected to bother informing me that the medicine was available until I presented myself back there 48 hours later, when they had in stock but hadn't bothered to complete my prescription or let me know. Considering the urgency of treatment this is unacceptable. The pharmacist is also very rude. (Edit: They also didn't open until about 10 minutes after the advertised opening time, several people gave up waiting in the lashing rain)

My 11 month son is having temperature over 40 degrees for 3 days in row. Doctor has kindly prescribed him 2 types of antibiotics. This is because that one of them tastes horrible and baby might hates it but it works a little bit better than the other one. So if my son doesn’t like this one, he can try the other one. So I went the pharmacy. Without telling me, the guy there only packed one antibiotic for me. After I drove back, he said he can’t give me two as we might waste it… At this point, I was very angry. He doesn’t have the power to decide what to give to me. My son is very ill, and he should not need to suffer from high temperature only because a pharmacist did what he FELT right. Utterly ridiculous!
