Would give zero star if there’s is such an option. We had run out of prescription drugs as we have been traveling for half a year. Missed 5 days of taking the meds already as we were back and forth on where to go.

First went to the general hospital (but was full and couldn’t accommodate us. NHS guidance is to go to local pharmacy but we were then told to see the health centre. We called health centre and we were told to call 111. We called 111 and after waiting for an hour, was told to go to the health centre and register as temporary resident. We went and were turned away. Explained that we called 111 and was directed to them. Only answer she gave was, ‘Well I’m turning you away, I cannot help you.’ Just like that.

Didn’t seem they were busy too at that time. Just literally refused to help even when they can and even when they have taken medical oath to help.
