Like others I've had terrible experiences with this pharmacy. Most (not all in fairness) of their staff are very rude, I once left in tears because a staff member humiliated me by shouting across the packed room about my medical condition. They tell you to order your prescription a week in advance but after 9 days they still state it's not ready and then you're left without critical medication. I wish someone would open a new pharmacy in Stonehouse, I'm sure it would be very well received!

Rubbish service. Waited an hour, and queued twice as was told it would be a half hour wait for my antibiotics prescription. Meanwhile overheard a man hand in his antibiotics prescription and receive it in 5 mins while I was still waiting for mine. They need a better and consistent service.

Incompetent and unhelpful. Despite stating they need 5 working days for prescriptions customers very often have to wait. I get that they are busy but they really neebe more be more organised and professional

This pharmacy doesn't employ enough staff to cope with the flow of customers. I'd advise locals to go along to Cainscross Co- Op where you'll receive 5 star service.

Shocking pharmacy. Trying to call to see if my medication had been dispensed as I would have to leave work early and unpaid to collect it. No answer, as other comments have said, rings through some times, then engaged then rings through.

This pharmacy is not good at all.
The pharmacy is simply too small for the amount of people it serves.
The pharmacy is under staffed so staff are overworked, and consequently staff are short with customers and customers are kept waiting for an exceptionally long time for medication.
There seems to be always long queues
And when you actually get served they have either not filled out the prescription or they don’t have the medication anyway.

Awful experience my partners daughter needed urgent insulin,she went to pharmacy to pickup prescription ,they advised they hadn't got it and they dont have any in stock,told to ring 111 and they advised to go bk to pharmacy and say it's an emergency, staff very rude and alot of people frustrated and tempers boiling level of service is awful ,had to wait nearly an hr for insulin and alot of disagreement, not first time this pharmacy has been rude and not care,a complete lack of respect for it's customers

Be aware that you cannot park in the carpark behind the pharmacy or you will be fined. the signage is set out of the drivers line of sight on entering the car park and the writing is tiny. Very unclear.

Leave longer than advised for prescription collection. Now that the pharmacy in Sainsbury's has closed they are overwhelmed.
