Nothing but praise for my doctors surgery. My eyes have been fully opened about how shocking other peoples doctors are in this city and these doctors & receptionist at Stoneham Lane have always helped me, reassured me & done their best. I am so grateful that this is my doctors surgery!

Unale to book an appointment, staff are inable to explain simple concepts, interrupt you constantly and then hang up the telephone.
Left shaking afterwards after the verbal abuse.
Must be very difficult for people with mental health issues if they're that obnoxious to normal members of the public.

Seen by Nurse H.Williams this morning she was so kind and helpful and made me feel at ease as she was reassuring and warm. Left with a lot less stress that I had prior to coming in and definitely won’t be shy booking an appointment next time thank you.

I'm a new patient and honestly not the best start. I don't know why but it wasn't on my records that I'd had a heart attack the end of June so the doctor had no idea I was there to sort out a repeat prescription. Good thing I took my discharge papers with me.

Also I was waiting for them to inform me that the registration process was complete. They said they'd send me a text to inform me. They didn't.

Also my nominated pharmacy is the care first next door but the NHS app says it's permanently closed and the phone number doesn't work. That needs changing ASAP.

But everyone has been friendly and helpful apart from the above and Doctor Hamid is very good and quite friendly. Will update once I've been a few more times.

Dr M Westmacott female, Dr Robinson female are very knoweledgable, kind & compassionate. New and very clean modern surgery.
Online bookings are helpful too.
Reception staff & nurses are all very helpful, office manager is lovely.
I can definately recommend this surgery. 5 Stars!
