Stockland Green Primary Care Centre

Virtually impossible to get an appointment by phone! Ridiculous amount of patients, 1500 I was told. My doctor is great, but just cannot get to see him. I'm seriously thinking of changing to another practise. Also, I have on numerous occasions found the staff on the reception rude and unprofessional. My 93 year old mother is still waiting for a blood test 10 months after she was told she needed one! Really nowhere near good enough. Thank the government for underfunding the NHS.

Dr Khan is an amazing doctor you can't get hold of him, the receptionist I've dealt with this morning kept fobbing me and my son off he's 6 years old in serious pain. (No wonder the hospitals say they're over stressed). When I was at Dr Khuroos surgery she once advised me that my migraines would stop if I was to get married. This place needs a serious review of it's practices and how they operate.

Tudor doctors surgery is the best doctors surgery i have been with since moving to Birmingham 4 years ago! my 3rd doctors surgery in Erdington area! as for reservoir doctors surgery DON'T REGISTER WITH THEM! VERY RUDE receptionists and manager!

Doctor was amazing Dr mamoon spoke to me straight away and seen my husband straight away. This doctor is the best. Waiting at reception poor and phoning to get an appointment is a joke .

My dad is elderly and visited the surgery today the receptionist was so rude to him just told him to dial 101 I was on the phone and she refused to speak to me just shouted at my father how disgusting I presume she dose not have elderly family member. I couldn't hear her cancelling appointments as the dentist was off sick it's not patient fault u are frustrated. Be profeshional this was today at 10 am disgusting

Dreadful, a relative obviously needed antibiotics, was prescribed steroids. The following day we had to call a paramedic. Good job I recorded the convo. Long line of poor treatment - in which this team have been part of. Also, apparently they couldn’t access medical records. Yep! Ok.

their service is absolutely terrible.they booked my physiotherapy appointment a month ago.they had my all information and today morning i been to this centre and the physiotherapist explained me they are not providing the service i am asking for.they just waste my time.a month they didnt realise they should atleast let me know before the appointment.its their responsibility to let the patient know about the services and check all the requirements.sorry cant give me back my month wairing.poor service.
