Virtually impossible to get an appointment by phone!
Ridiculous amount of patients, 1500 I was told.
My doctor is great, but just cannot get to see him.
I'm seriously thinking of changing to another practise.
Also, I have on numerous occasions found the staff on the reception rude and unprofessional.
My 93 year old mother is still waiting for a blood test 10 months after she was told she needed one!
Really nowhere near good enough.
Thank the government for underfunding the NHS.

Dr Khan is an amazing doctor you can't get hold of him, the receptionist I've dealt with this morning kept fobbing me and my son off he's 6 years old in serious pain. (No wonder the hospitals say they're over stressed). When I was at Dr Khuroos surgery she once advised me that my migraines would stop if I was to get married. This place needs a serious review of it's practices and how they operate.

Tudor doctors surgery is the best doctors surgery i have been with since moving to Birmingham 4 years ago! my 3rd doctors surgery in Erdington area! as for reservoir doctors surgery DON'T REGISTER WITH THEM! VERY RUDE receptionists and manager!

Doctor was amazing Dr mamoon spoke to me straight away and seen my husband straight away. This doctor is the best. Waiting at reception poor and phoning to get an appointment is a joke .

if i could give no stars I would this Sergey dr khuroo along with there secretarys are an absolute disgrace don't have a clue how she or any of them have qualifications to even run a surgery in control of peoples lives she treating my mom with antibiotics for a chest infection after my mom has gone to her saying since the flu jab she had a on going cough for a hole year after two different antibiotics there is no change bear in mind 12 months later still the cough remains now she says i have mad you a referral for suspected cancer she then waited another months did nothing about it just kept of loading medication onto her along with northcroft after completing many times to her about falling asleep and feeling like a zombie with no energy she still ignores her now 2021 my mom dies i hand in death certificate that she left on the side for 3weeks making out she never received it even tho she printed out the medical records for the death left my mom in the fridge for 3weeks before she told the corner my mom died November 2021 my mom died didn't get to lay her to rest until January 2022 aftet death my mom had a 5inch tumor and obstructive sleep apnea heart failure phumary infusion on lungs doctor so she treated cancer with antibiotics left my mom to die and done nothing but left her 3weeks to make up lies to get all there storys right ready to cover the death up longer she was left less strength on all the miss use of medication that they dished out to my mom everything im saying is the truth something needed done about this surgery before more lived are lost due to careless behaviour and neglect to patients because of this Sergey i stand over my moms grave everyday day they go another day to destroy another life beware get a second advice if you don't feel good because going to this Sergey can be fatal ad they do not care one bit.

My dad is elderly and visited the surgery today the receptionist was so rude to him just told him to dial 101 I was on the phone and she refused to speak to me just shouted at my father how disgusting I presume she dose not have elderly family member. I couldn't hear her cancelling appointments as the dentist was off sick it's not patient fault u are frustrated. Be profeshional this was today at 10 am disgusting

Dreadful, a relative obviously needed antibiotics, was prescribed steroids. The following day we had to call a paramedic. Good job I recorded the convo. Long line of poor treatment - in which this team have been part of. Also, apparently they couldn’t access medical records. Yep! Ok.

their service is absolutely terrible.they booked my physiotherapy appointment a month ago.they had my all information and today morning i been to this centre and the physiotherapist explained me they are not providing the service i am asking for.they just waste my time.a month they didnt realise they should atleast let me know before the appointment.its their responsibility to let the patient know about the services and check all the requirements.sorry cant give me back my month wairing.poor service.
