Iv got to say there have been significant changes there now. It’s really easy to get same day appointments. The doctors have always been friendly and knowledgeable. With all these recent changes I would let likely recommend this surgery now then I would of 6 months ago

My elderly parents have recently joined this practice after there’s unfortunately went into bankruptcy. I have attended all their assessments. I can honestly say I have been blown away with the care, compassion shown by Alicia the practice nurse, All their complex medical conditions have been checked and double checked with one of the GP s on duty, they were both listened to , invaluable advice given. All reception staff have been approachable and friendly. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone and 5 stars was very easy to give, they honestly deserve every star .

Positive change.
I am posting opinions now including my last three GP’s visits as each time I was able to connect to the reception and book a GP without any problems, which pleasantly surprised me compared to two years ago when at 8:00am there were no more appointments available.
Massive improvement. Keep it up.

Outstanding and professional service. GPs are experts in the field. Thank you, Dr Rashid. Friendly and welcoming receptionists. Excellent patient care provided. Experienced a smooth health care service from booking in to receiving medication from the onsite pharmacy.

There has been a huge change in the way the surgery is run,positive of course.Years back,one would struggle to book an appointment,but now it's so simple and straight foward.They even call you to checks if u will be attending.Dr Rashid is one of the best Dr's.She takes her time listening to patients and will investigate fully.Am happy I did not leave as I was planning to.

Had appointments for both my parents today, and both Alicia and Dr Aleen were fantastic. The reception staff quickly helped with a query I had and signposted to nurse, who dealt with the query quickly and offered advice for next steps. A fab team all round ?

Amazing care and support from the entire team during the few weeks between my dad’s cancer diagnosis and the end of his life. The care, compassion and organisation from receptionist through to Gp to pharmacy and beyond was amazing and helped us all at a very difficult time. Dr Khan couldn’t have been kinder. A very special surgery - thank you on behalf of the Black family.

My immediate family has supported this practice for some time, since they first opened with Dr Spiers. Over the years we have had some superb care (as always) with a variety of chronic and acute conditions. Recently Dr Aleem was great with my daughter and has helped myself with a painful episode of sciatica. The pharmacy on site is really convenient too. Looking at the reviews they get a bad rep over the booking experience. This does not represent the practice today as they have listened and have improved significantly over the last year with bookings. The new phone system means you can get appointments same day and are not tied up waiting for 45min to speak to a receptionist. They will even give you the option to save your place in the phone queue and receive a call back. Worth a look if you need a good, reliable GP surgery.
