I had a back, shoulder and neck massage from Steph and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed whilst she did it. I may even have fallen asleep and I felt relaxed and de-stressed for the rest of the day. I shall definitely be going back and would highly recommend her for a massage.

I went to see Steph for just a massage, I didn't think much of it, I have been suffering from backache for a while now. I have to say it was the best massage I have ever had. Very easy and you don't feel anything it's nearly 4 weeks since I have had it and my back is painless. I will recommend Steph if you ever need such an amazing experience.

I received a package with Steph as a birthday gift (after much hinting!) It’s not just massage, although that’s amazingly relaxing in itself. Steph helps with a plan to implement regular self-care outside of the massage appointments too. There is a check in points mid way through the package which is really helpful to be able to reflect. Steph made me feel calm and relaxed enabling me to feel present during the massage. The treatment room is lovely too. I would highly recommend Steph to anyone that needs to take a little time out for themselves.
