A very unhelpful receptionist for nurse appointments. Chaos and discord seem to be the order of the day. I was put down and humiliated when I went in, it was as if she was asserting her authority over me. This is so wrong at a time when people are vulnerable and in need of help.

Complete and utter nonsense. Phoned at 9,30am .recorded message saying I was 2nd in the queue, a great start. Just over half hour later, moved to 1st in the queue. At 2 minutes past 10,30, heard some talking in the background and was then promptly cut off. I immediately phoned back and got a recorded message saying that they have shut down the practice for unforeseen circumstances . It was not that great before trying to get an appointment but even worse now.

The only reason they get 1 star is I can't give zero. This has to be the worst practice on the planet. Refuse to see their patients, refuse to return phone calls, refuse to issue new prescriptions even when they make a mistake and issue the wrong prescriptions. I have tried to move to another practice and the system won't let me as they are only taking patients who have no GP.

This practice has gotten worse over the 7/8 years I have been with them.

We are now down to one Doctor and it has been like this for about 18 months with no signs of adding a second.

Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth, if you phone up at 8am and ask for one they'll advise 3 to 4 weeks, you need to physically demand an appointment same day to then get phone by the triage nurse for 20Q and finally if deemed you will get an appointment.

Absolutely awful staff and appointment booking system. Seems to be no duty of care for patients whatsoever. Receptionist shouldn't be making people feel worse. Quite clear that money seems to be top of the agenda. Not one member of staff seems capable to deal with sensitive needs with regards to mental health. Would definitely advise anyone to choose a different practice.

Very nice people at the reception and on the phone, I didn't have to wait when calling to make the appointment or once I was at the clinic, and the doctor I saw was kind and attentive to my situation.

Dialing system is not acceptable. It's almost impossible to call in due to the number of callers or if another person is on the line. This centre only has to add a simple call handling system yet they haven't done this. You will have to call in repeatedly for an emergency appointment and hope to be the lucky caller that successfully connects. I had to call in 37 times over 7 minutes until the call was finally not engaged and got through. This is technology from the 1980s. Really bad operations.
