managed initially to forget my diabetic meds prescription then took a few days without meds to sort only for them to omit something, over the last few years all ive seen are nurses, nice enough girls but ask questions your told speak to the doc, someone thats basically not available when you need them- useless

Not the doctors I grew up using. Office Staff are excellent, Doctors not so much. Decide what is wrong with you from your age...if you are a younger adult they act as if your wasting their time. Cant go in there with muscular pain for some medication that eases it...not a valid reason to take up the doctors time apparently.

For me it is a delightful experience attending this surgery. The staff are very helpful and never complain and somehow always have a smile. The nurses are also helpful and knowledgeable. The Doctors are also excellent and treat you with the greatest of respect. Hence the five star rating.

Garbage. If I could leave no stars I would. Appointments don't exist. Don't even know who my doctor is any more. Been merged into 5 surgeries but this hasn't improved things
