Completely useless. I was diagnosed in hospital with infection and had a abscess in my foot the Dr in hospital said I have the lump in my foot and put me on antibiotics. The tablets didn't work correctly so I went to this medical centre for help. One nurse sat on a bed 8 ft away and the other in a chair and both said they didn't see an abscess or lump which had already been confirmed by a Dr... I went because the antibiotics weren't working properly and they refused to touch my foot to feel the lump looked only from across the room for a second or two at most and if ored all said to them.

Excellent walk in service if you phone first and give NHS number.

Friendly Cheerful fast answer Receptionist who , on the phone, speedily asked the right Q's and arranged appointment for 2 hrs time.
Spacious clean relaxed reception area.
Examined on time by very competent thorough lady Doctor who forwarded my info and recommendations to my GP.
Pharmacy is in house and only a minute away.
Bus service to door as its Hastings Railway Station.
10+ out of 10.

I have been trying to get an appointment for two weeks and still everytime I ring or go online everything is booked. When asked to call back later or get a call back everything is still full. 🙃

Went there the other week had disabled badge and we got a parking ticket for 100 but clearly have changed it and not updated it but was lucky too get of our ticket be warned people

Large spacious layout with disabled parking for badge holders right outside. Disabled and wheel chair access with large lifts leading to all floors. Walk in center is over worked but always available for help advice and a point under the right direction.

Apart from the rigmarole of booking an appointment and after an hour on the phone still not able to secure an appointment , I rate the staff and nurses (especially Sian receptionist and Sonia ANP)very highly. My poor punctuality notwithstanding the receptionist went to some trouble to make sure I saw a healthcare professional. Than you Sonia for accommodating me and to you Sian for service above and beyond the call of duty. Friendly and communicative staff make appointments much less stressful.

Easy access, two lifts to all floors

So not park here when you are dropping of your teenager who can't walk due to a expected appendicitis so can't walk far and couldn't be left you will end up with a £100 parking ticket for going one minute.
